Statute Text
Contracting with private institutions.
The Department of Human Services shall explore contracting for job procurement
and placement services with private job placement institutions. If contracting
is deemed beneficial, the Department of Human Services is encouraged to and
shall have the authority to contract with private placement firms. [1995 c.561 §10(5)
