Statute Text
Compliance with state and federal laws required. Counties, state institutions and agencies, issuing agencies, retail food outlets, wholesale food concerns, banks and all persons who participate in or administer any part of the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program shall comply with all state and federal laws, rules and regulations applicable to such plans.
