Statute Text
Report
to Legislative Assembly.
The Department of Human Services shall report to each odd-numbered year regular
session of the Legislative Assembly on the status and efficacy of:
(1) The domestic
violence identification process under ORS 412.072;
(2) Emergency
assistance utilization for victims of domestic violence; and
(3) Domestic
violence training for department staff, information sharing and evaluation. [Formerly
