Statute Text
Contributions by state and counties for medical assistance demonstration projects under ORS 411.135. Exclusive of all sums of money contributed by the federal government for medical assistance and administration under ORS 414.033 (2) the State of Oregon shall contribute 40 percentum and the several counties of the state in which demonstration projects are operating shall each contribute 60 percentum of all sums, including administrative costs, required to be expended for such purposes in and for such respective counties.
