Statute Text
Receipts for documents supplied by applicants for and recipients of public
assistance or medical assistance.
The Department of Human Services shall provide written receipts to applicants
and recipients for all documents delivered to a local office by the applicant
or recipient upon the request of the applicant or recipient. [Formerly 411.972]
Note:
411.089, 411.091 and 411.093 were
added to and made a part of ORS chapter 411 by legislative action but were not
added to any smaller series therein. See Preface to Oregon Revised Statutes for
further explanation.
