Certain covenants between employer and home care worker or personal support
worker voidable by worker.
A covenant between an employee and an employer not to solicit employees of the
employer or solicit or transact business with customers of the employer made in
the context of an employment relationship or contract with a home care worker
or personal support worker, as defined in ORS 410.600, is voidable by the home
care worker or personal support worker and may not be enforced by a court of
