Noncompetition agreements voidable by home care worker and personal support
worker.
Notwithstanding ORS 653.295, a noncompetition agreement as defined in ORS
653.295 made in the context of an employment relationship or contract with a
home care worker or personal support worker, as defined in ORS 410.600, is
voidable by the home care worker or personal support worker and may not be
