Statute Text
Authority of department and Oregon Health Authority to hold title to property;
rules.
The
Department of Human Services or the Oregon Health Authority may take title to
real and personal property in performing its duties under ORS 411.630, 411.708,
411.795, 416.310 and 416.350. Title shall be taken in the name of the
department or the authority. The department or the authority may convey the
property by deed or other appropriate conveyance under procedures adopted by
