Statute Text
Setoff
of liquidated debts.
Notwithstanding ORS 411.760, liquidated and delinquent debts owed to the
Department of Human Services may be set off against amounts owed by the
department to the debtors. [2007 c.446 §1; 2009 c.595 §260]
