Statute Text
Domestic Violence Fund. (1) There is established the Domestic Violence Fund in the Services to Children and Families Account of the General Fund established under ORS 409.260. (2) All moneys received by the Director of Human Services under ORS 106.045 or 106.330 and any other funds allocated for expenditure under ORS 409.292 shall be credited to the Domestic Violence Fund. (3) All moneys credited to the Domestic Violence Fund are continuously appropriated for the purposes of ORS 409.292 to be expended by the director as provided in ORS
