Sexual Assault Victims Fund. (1) There is established the Sexual Assault Victims Fund in the Services to Children and Families Account of the General Fund established under ORS 409.260. (2) All moneys credited to the Sexual Assault Victims Fund are continuously appropriated for the purposes of ORS 409.273 to be expended by the Director of Human Services as provided in ORS 409.273. However, the director shall expend not more than five percent of such moneys for administrative costs of the Department of Human Services incurred under ORS 409.273.
