Statute Text
Annual assessment of workforce capacity and needs. (1) Annually, the Department of Human Services shall use workload models to assess the workforce capacity and needs in each of the department’s programs and units. (2) Not later than September 30 of each even-numbered year, the department shall report to the committees of the Legislative Assembly related to human services, in the manner provided in ORS 192.245, the results of the department’s assessment conducted under subsection (1) of this section.
