Statute Text
Plan for incorporating family support consultants; development of protocol and training. (1) The Department of Human Services shall develop a plan for incorporating family support consultants into a percentage of cases managed within the department. The consultants shall work directly with families to develop support in a manner consistent with the family support policies under ORS 417.340 to 417.348 and 417.349. (2) The department shall consult with the Family Support Advisory Council established under ORS 417.346, to develop protocol and training consistent with the family support policies under ORS 417.340 to 417.348 and 417.349.
