Purchase of United States flags for placement on veterans graves.
The county court or board of
county commissioners of each county is authorized annually to budget and pay
such amount of money as it may deem reasonable for the purpose of purchasing
flags of the United States for placement, by any nationally chartered organization
or organizations of war veterans, annually on or prior to Memorial Day, upon
the graves of deceased war veterans of the United States who are interred
within the county. [1953 c.355 §1]
