Certain claims payable out of General Fund.
Lawful claims payable from the Memorial Fund, 116th
Engineers, or the fund entitled Unclaimed Back Pay Due Second Oregon
Volunteers, shall be paid, upon approval of the Adjutant General, from the
General Fund.
