Statute Text
Limitation of liability.
(1) A physician, physician associate, nurse practitioner, hospital or clinic
subject to ORS 408.300 to 408.340 shall not be subject to any criminal or civil
liability for providing information required under ORS 408.300 to 408.340.
(2) Nothing in
this section shall prevent, however, any action for negligence by a physician,
physician associate, nurse practitioner, hospital or clinic in choosing or
