Statute Text
Suspension or termination of programs; conditions. If the Oregon Public Health Advisory Board determines that any federal agency is adequately performing the referral functions described in ORS 408.325, the advisory board may suspend or terminate any program or duty required under ORS 408.300 to 408.340 in order to avoid duplication of services. [1983 c.658 §9]
