Statute Text
Investigation of institutions; rules.
(1) The Director of Veterans Affairs shall investigate from time to time the
institutions or other places where financial aid is being furnished to any
beneficiary under ORS 408.010 to 408.090 to ascertain whether the spirit of ORS
