Director authorized to aid veterans’ organizations. From funds available to the office of the Director of Veterans’ Affairs for this purpose, the director, with advice from the Advisory Committee, is authorized to aid veterans’ organizations that have been accredited by the United States Department of Veterans Affairs and counties of the state, in connection with their respective programs of service to veterans.
