Statute Text
Veterans Suicide Prevention and Outreach Program; rules.
(1) The Oregon Department of
Veterans Affairs Veterans Suicide Prevention and Outreach Program is created
in the Department of Veterans Affairs. The purposes of the program are to
publicize veterans benefits, provide outreach regarding suicide prevention for
veterans in this state and implement the provisions of ORS 406.081.
(2) The
department shall adopt rules to implement the provisions of this section. [2013
