Statute Text
Continuing schedule of biennial elections after change in number of board members. When a district expands the membership of its district board from five to seven members or reduces the membership of its board from seven to five members: (1) If the board is reduced to five members, at least two members must be elected at each regular district election. (2) If the board is expanded to seven members, at least three members must be elected at each regular district election. [Formerly 401.834]
