Statute Text
Reimbursement by state for services provided by local government employees.
The state shall reimburse a local
government for the compensation paid and the actual and necessary travel,
subsistence and maintenance expenses of employees of the local government while
actually serving at the direction of the Governor or the Director of the Oregon
Department of Emergency Management in a state function or capacity. [Formerly
