Rule
402. Relevant evidence generally admissible.
All relevant evidence is admissible, except as
otherwise provided by the Oregon Evidence Code, by the Constitutions of the
United States and Oregon, or by Oregon statutory and decisional law. Evidence
which is not relevant is not admissible. [1981 c.892 §22]
