Statute Text
Applicability of chapter to warrant officers.
The provisions of this chapter relating to
commissioned officers shall apply to warrant officers, except that warrant
officers who have been absent without leave may be discharged as prescribed by
applicable federal and state laws and regulations. [1961 c.454 §63]
