Organization and training; equality of treatment and opportunity.
(1) The forces of the organized
militia shall be organized, armed, disciplined, governed, administered and
trained as prescribed by applicable federal and state laws and regulations.
(2) It hereby is
declared to be the policy of the state that there shall be an equality of
treatment and opportunity for all persons in the organized militia without
regard to race, creed, color or national origin. [1961 c.454 §§42,43]
