Statute Text
Limitation on transfer of property rights.
The Oregon Mass Transportation Financing Authority
shall not convey its right, title and interest in mass transit facilities to
any district, prior to the time the bonds secured thereby are fully paid,
unless the authority has determined that adequate provision has been made for
the payment of principal, interest and premiums, if any, on the bonds as they
become due. [1977 c.662 §14]
