Management of Deschutes River Scenic Waterway Recreation Area; plan; rules; budget. (1) The State Parks and Recreation Department shall have primary management responsibility for the State of Oregon to manage the Deschutes River Scenic Waterway Recreation Area. In managing the recreation area, the department shall cooperate with other managing agencies having jurisdiction to manage all or part of the recreational area. (2) The department shall adopt a management plan by rule. The department shall implement the plan and shall prepare a budget for implementation taking into consideration the provisions of the management plan. [1987 c.624 §§3,19]
