Definitions for ORS 390.930 to 390.940.
As used in ORS 390.930 to 390.940:
(1) Managing
agencies includes:
(a) State Parks
and Recreation Department;
(b) State
Department of Fish and Wildlife;
(c) Confederated
Tribes of the Warm Springs Indian Reservation;
(d) State Marine
Board;
(e) Sherman,
Wasco and Jefferson Counties;
(f) Oregon State
Police;
(g) United States
Bureau of Land Management;
(h) United States
Bureau of Indian Affairs; and
(i) The City of
Maupin.
(2) Recreation
area means the Deschutes River Scenic Waterway Recreation Area created under
ORS 390.932. [1987 c.624 §§1,18; 1989 c.904 §26; 2001 c.104 §133]
