Statute Text
Title and rights of state unimpaired. Nothing in ORS 390.610, 390.620 to 390.676, 390.690 and 390.705 to 390.770 shall be construed to relinquish, impair or limit the sovereign title or rights of the State of Oregon in the shores of the Pacific Ocean as the same may exist before or after July 6, 1967.
