Statute Text
Imposition of civil penalties. (1) Civil penalties under ORS 390.992 shall be imposed as provided in ORS 183.745. (2) The provisions of this section are in addition to and not in lieu of any other penalty or sanction provided by law. An action taken by the State Parks and Recreation Director under this section may be joined by the director with any other action taken against the same person under ORS 390.995 (1). (3) Any civil penalty recovered under this section shall be deposited into an account of the State Parks and Recreation Department for use by the department in administration of the ocean shore program.
