Revocation, suspension or nonrenewal of permit.
If the State Parks and Recreation
Director finds that a person or governmental body holding a permit issued under
ORS 390.650 or 390.657 is making an improvement on property within the ocean
shore contrary to the conditions set out in the permit, the director may
revoke, suspend or refuse to renew such permit. The director may revoke a
permit only after giving notice and opportunity for a hearing as provided in
ORS 183.415 to 183.430, 183.440 to 183.460 and 183.470. [1999 c.373 §14; 2025
