Title
to, and use and disposition of, lands acquired by local governmental units.
All lands or interests in lands
acquired and all historical sites, structures, facilities and objects preserved
and restored by the units of local government pursuant to ORS 390.330 with
grants of money from the State Parks and Recreation Department, may be used
only for the purposes of the Willamette River Greenway as set forth in ORS
390.314, unless a different use is authorized by the department. Title to the
lands or interest therein so acquired shall be held by the unit of local
government acquiring the same. Such lands or interest therein and such
historical sites, structures, facilities and objects preserved and restored
shall never be disposed of or sold except upon the approval and consent of the
