Statute Text
Application to Willamette River Greenway; restriction on condemnation to
acquire lands.
(1)
Nothing in ORS 390.250 to 390.260 applies to the Willamette River Greenway
created pursuant to ORS 390.310 to 390.368.
(2) No land to
which ORS 390.250 to 390.260 are applicable shall be acquired by the exercise
of the power of eminent domain. [1973 c.668 §3]
