Lottery bonds for state park projects. The Legislative Assembly declares that the purpose of ORS 390.060 to 390.067 is to authorize lottery bonds for state park projects. The lottery bonds authorized by ORS 390.060 to 390.067 shall be issued pursuant to ORS 286A.560 to 286A.585. The obligation of the State of Oregon with respect to the bonds and with respect to any grant agreement or other commitment authorized by ORS 267.334, 285B.410, 285B.422, 285B.482, 285B.530 to 285B.548 and 390.060 to
