Statute Text
Location of interstate ferry; part of state highway system. Any ferry service maintained and operated under ORS 384.305 to 384.360 shall connect, or provision shall be made for such connection, with a state and federal highway in this state and a state and federal highway in the adjoining state to which the ferry service is maintained. Such ferry service is a part of the Oregon highway system.
