Interstate 5 Bridge Toll Account. (1) The Interstate 5 Bridge Toll Account is established in the State Treasury, separate and distinct from the General Fund and the State Highway Fund. Interest earned by the Interstate 5 Bridge Toll Account shall be credited to the account. Moneys in the account are continuously appropriated to the Department of Transportation for the Interstate 5 bridge replacement project. (2) The department may transfer moneys from the account to the Toll Program Fund for the purposes described in ORS 383.009 (2)(k). [2025 c.255 §6]
