Definitions for ORS 382.335 to 382.425. As used in ORS 382.335 to 382.425: (1) “Board of county commissioners” means the Board of County Commissioners of Multnomah County and includes the constituted authorities of Multnomah County having control of road construction, maintenance and operation. (2) “Construct” includes repair, maintain, improve or other words of similar meaning. (3) “Construction” includes repair, maintenance, improvement, reconstruction or other words of similar meaning.
