Statute Text
Construction, acquisition and maintenance of Snake River bridges.
The Department of Transportation
in the name of the state may construct, reconstruct, purchase, rent, lease or
otherwise acquire, improve, operate and maintain bridges over the Snake River
into the State of Idaho, and may acquire any real property necessary for any
such bridge, together with approaches and connecting roads, on both sides of
the river. [1955 c.85 §1]
