Statute Text
Notification by federal authorities of illegal sign; consequences.
If appropriate federal authorities
notify the Department of Transportation that the erection of a sign pursuant to
any of the provisions of ORS 377.756 to 377.758 is contrary to any federal law,
the department shall cease issuing permits and shall cause any signs erected
pursuant to ORS 377.756 to 377.758 to be removed. [1987 c.631 §5; 2001 c.104 §128]
