Statute Text
Acquisition of land necessary to screen or relocate junkyards.
The Department of Transportation
may acquire by purchase, agreement, donation, or the exercise of the power of
eminent domain, such lands or interest in lands as may be necessary for the
screening or the relocation, removal or disposal of junkyards. In exercising
the power of eminent domain the department shall be governed by the provisions
of ORS chapter 35. [1967 c.590 §9; 1971 c.741 §36]
