Definition of “transportation of the raw products of the forest.” As used in ORS 376.505 to 376.540 “transportation of the raw products of the forest” includes ingress to and egress from forestland solely for the purpose of management, protection, growth and conservation of forest crops by thinning, reseeding, brush control and other forest management operations. [1975 c.723 §2]
