County
court to prescribe access rights of abutting property.
In connection with the acquisition
of real property for right of way for a throughway described in ORS 374.420,
the county court or board of county commissioners may prescribe the location,
width, nature and extent of any right of access that pertains to such real
property. [Amended by 1965 c.364 §2]
