Statute Text
Parties bringing eminent domain proceedings. In case an agreement provided for in ORS 374.080 has been entered into, proceedings in eminent domain for the acquisition of real property or any interest therein deemed necessary therefor, may be brought in the name of the state by the Department of Transportation, alone or jointly with any city, county or city and county which are parties to the agreement.
