Statute Text
Payment for land acquired. The Department of Transportation may pay the cost incident to the acquisition of real property or any interest therein for the establishment, location and relocation of throughways and their construction, reconstruction and maintenance out of state highway funds in the same manner that such funds are disbursed for other highway purposes by the department.
