Petitioners to pay costs of publication, preparation and filing of revised boundary descriptions. At the time of filing the petition for withdrawal, the petitioners shall deposit with the county clerk a sum of money sufficient to defray all the costs of publication and the expenses of preparing and filing with the county board the description of the boundaries of the district remaining, should such designated area be withdrawn. The petitioners shall have notice of the filing of the petition given in writing to the secretary of the district board and shall furnish the secretary with a copy of the petition as filed within five days after it is filed.
