Statute Text
Location of district.
A highway lighting district may be entirely outside the limits of a city or it
may be both outside and inside such limits. The boundary lines of the district
shall include only territory that abuts a portion, not less than 600 feet in
length, of a highway. [Amended by 1971 c.514 §3]
