Statute Text
Signers of petition and objection in event of cotenancies.
In case of tenants by the
entireties, joint tenants or tenants in common the parcel of land is considered
as having one owner, which owner shall be deemed to have signed the petition
provided for in ORS 371.615 or the objection provided for in ORS 371.630 only
if every cotenant of the parcel has signed.
