Statute Text
Contracts as to streets in cities.
The board of directors
may contract with any city within or adjacent to the district for the repair,
improvement and reconstruction of streets or public ways within the city, where
the improvement of the streets is a part of the general road system of the
district. The contract shall be upon terms mutually agreeable to the board of
directors of the district and the governing body of the city. [Amended by 2003
