Statute Text
Recovery of costs related to secured property.
A receiver may recover from
property securing a secured claim the necessary costs and expenses of
preserving, or disposing of, the property to the extent of any benefit to the
holder of such claim, including the payment of all ad valorem property taxes with
respect to the property. [2017 c.358 §27]
