Statute Text
Authority of property owner to remove unlawfully posted matter.
The owner or person entitled to
possession of any property described in ORS 368.955 may lawfully remove or
destroy, without resort to legal proceedings, any advertisement, bill, notice,
sign, picture, card or poster placed upon such property in violation of ORS
368.955. [1973 c.462 §6]
